Wolters Kluwer is a global leader in information solutions, software and services for the legal, tax, labor, financial and healthcare markets. “I have been working at Wolters Kluwer Italia for 30 years. I deal with all legal contracts with facility services such as rentals, utilities, maintenance, travel and catering.”

Rossana is part of the Procurement Facilities Department in Wolters Kluwer Italia and manages relationships with suppliers of internal corporate events.
“After Covid, we adopted a hybrid working mode with two days in the office and three days from home. We work shifts and it's very physically difficult to meet everyone on the same day.”

“We met Kampaay during Covid, when we needed virtual events. The bartending activities helped us a lot to keep our team together and thrilled our CEO.”

After Covid, Wolters Kluwer has reconsidered In-person internal events and focused on the catering service: this is why it was crucial to find a single supplier to whom to entrust all aspects of managing the event.

“Before Kampaay, it was difficult to organize everything: sometimes I used word of mouth, I had colleagues help me, other times it took a week of work to bring all the suppliers together. Now I'm putting the event in Kampaay's hands and I don't have to think about anything anymore.”
